Fit 4 Fun Männergymnastik
Ein Training mal ganz auf die Bedürfnisse der Männer ausgerichtet. Wir wechseln Circle-Training, Mattengymnastik und Bändertraining mit Laufübungen ab und streuen auch mal gern spielerische Bewegung (Indiaca, Ballübungen) mit ein. Zum Abschluss folgt ein kleines Fußballspiel und gemütlicher Klönschnack. Es geht nicht um Meisterschaften. Jeder macht so viel, wie er kann und will.
Wir treffen uns auch außerhalb der Sportstunden zu gemeinsamen Veranstaltungen, gern zusammen mit unseren Frauen. Das sind Frühstücksrunden, Ausflüge, Herbst- und Maifeuer usw..
In den Sommerferien fahren wir kleine Radtouren mit abschließender Einkehr.
Jeder der Lust auf Sport und Gemeinschaft hat, ist herzlich willkommen.
